Charles, I would like to drop you a few lines and some
feed back on the above course you conducted, I have been
a member of StJohn Ambulance and St John Brigade for
many years and have attended and conducted many First
Aid courses, I have conducted only Senior First Aid
courses, and have attended many Occupational First Aid
courses conducted by St John and Red Cross.
I would like to say that the Cert IV course you and your
team conducted was the best couse I have attended, from
the up to date training aids, course content, practical
hands on back up of the theory lessons taught, up to
date medical information and practices on all the
subjects covered. The realistic mass casualty senario
was really challenging.
I would like to advise you the two other officers from
the mine are enrolled to complete their Cert IV with
your organisation and it will be fantastic to have the
knowledge that these people be of such a high calibre of
medical expertise that could only add to the emergency
response teams at the mine and community.
