Hand on Heart First Aid was founded by 2 emergency trained nurses, we are still active in clinical work, and share a passion to ensure everybody has access to essential life saving skills of CPR and First Aid Training. All our trainers are current or ex emergency service staff who can offer a wealth of knowledge from their years of experience. We are primarily a travelling First Aid training company and will come to you and train you and your friends, colleagues and/or family members in essential life saving skills. We can service Sydney and its outskirts including the Central Coast. Recently, due to increasing demand, we have introduced monthly CPR/First Aid Course on the northern beaches.
